Frixa  Co Ltd was formed in 1991 and is part of the Hankook  Tyre Group of  companies. (The 7th largest tyre manufacturer in the world) Both companies are  based in South Korea.

 

In 2004 Hankook  Tyres announced partnership with Frixa strengthening their global automotive presence. Extensive research into brake part materials has been carried out utilising Hankook’s impressive state-of-the-art R & D centre in Daejoen, South Korea. Frixa  have now developed the finest brake pads available on the market today also, became certified in January 2004 to TS16949 and IS09001 global standards and exports it products all over the world


Frixa  brake components have been designed to maintain their reliable and consistent performance throughout all driving conditions.

The Japanese Car manufacturers renowned for their reliability are now using Frixa  brake materials proving the quality of Frixa’s  products. Currently brake parts are supplied to Japan Manufacturers– Toyota, Honda, Isuzu,  Suzuki, Mitsubishi and Nissan. The Korean market includes Hyundai, Daewoo, Kia  and Samsung Cars.

 

In 2006 Frixa  appointed a unique division, Frixa Motorsport Development. To assist in bringing the FRIXA brand wealth into the World wide motor sport industry with high performance brake pad materials, brake discs and brake calipers which now includes, professional karting.


Top Italian Kart manufacturers have tested all our karting products with excellent results which has lead to selling  FRIXA karting products to over 26 Countries.
